The Medical Faculty of the University of Basel invites applications for the position of Professor of Sport Pedagogy and Health Development
At the end of December 2023, the professorship of sports science will become vacant due to the retirement of the incumbent. The professorship is part of the Department of Sport, Exercise and Health (DSBG) at the Medical Faculty of the University of Basel. The DSBG focuses on research, teaching and services in the area of “Exercise, sport and health across the lifespan”. It examines from different perspectives how exercise and sport affect physical and mental health in different phases of life.
