TGfU Pre-Conference Symposium (7th June) Review

As part of the AIESEP 2021 Conference, the TGfU Sig held a pre-conference symposium on the 7th June 2021. This event was a great success.

We had attendees and presenters from across the globe including Canada, the USA, South America, UK, Europe, Africa and Asia. It was encouraging to see such a wide range of games-based approaches’ topics and enhancements in our research and practice.

During the event we hosted a Town Hall meeting discussing the latest developments within the TGfU Sig- for example the appointment of Jeroen Koekoek as our new Chair-Elect and the launch of our Leadership Fellows program. We also held a forum for our attendees to share their research ideas and seek international collaborators.

We would like to thank all the presenters, attendees and keynote speakers for their time and commitment to this conference and our field.

We would also like to give special thanks to Don Vinson and his team for helping to organize such a fantastic day and to AIESEP for their work and continued support with our organization.

We are currently building a page on our website showcasing the conference and need attendees’ help. We require:

  • Any pictures/screenshots of event or presentations
  • A testimonial of your experience at the conference

For more details or to send these, please email us: tgfu.info@gmail.com

We look forward to seeing you at our next event at the University of Worcester in July 2022!
