Strong leadership and guidance is provided to AIESEP by its Board of Directors, representing a broad spectrum of research areas. These board members volunteer their time and contribute extensive knowledge and experience to ensure that the organization is accountable and performance-driven.

The AIESEP Board of Directors is elected every four years at the AIESEP General Assembly. The 2022-2026 Board of Directors is comprised of 13 delegates.
