Applications Open for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor
The University of Wisconsin–La Crosse (UWL) is seeking applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Physical, Adapted, and School Health Education (PASHE) program.
Located in beautiful La Crosse, Wisconsin, UWL is a student-centered teaching university nestled among the bluffs along the Mississippi River. Our PASHE program prepares graduates through a unique triple-certification model in Physical Education, Adapted Physical Education, and School Health Education, with numerous field experiences embedded throughout the curriculum. These opportunities allow our students to build meaningful, face-to-face connections with K–12 students and gain valuable hands-on experience.
The position begins August 23, 2027, with the possibility of an earlier start in January 2027. We welcome applications from candidates with expertise in Physical Education, Adapted Physical Education, and/or Health Education.
The position requires a terminal degree and three years of K–12 teaching experience. Please review the full posting for required and preferred qualifications.
