Made2Move 3.0 is an evidence-based physical activity programme.
Using design thinking, Made2Move has been iterated and innovated by multiple stakeholders (policy-makers, governing bodies, academics, students and members of the community). Over the past four years, Made2Move has been prototyped through multiple pilot phases with, for and by the university community through a Made2Move Club, the first such club in any university setting.
Made2Move 3.0 is a peer support physical activity intervention, where volunteers are trained as MoveMentors to motivate friends and family (MoveMentees) to be physically active and to reach 150 minutes of moderate physical activity as per WHO guidelines. It has seven core design features – SERVICE (Selfless, Easy, Rounded, Values-led, Individual, Cost-effective, Educational).
