Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE) Online Instructor Training in March
We’re happy to announce that another Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE®) Instructor Training workshop will be held via Zoom on Friday March 15 – Saturday March 16. The 2-day CE-eligible course is taught by the co-developers of the MSPE protocol and focuses on best practice in organizing and leading MSPE programs to facilitate mindfulness training with athletes, coaches, or other performers.
This interactive experiential workshop is designed for those who already have familiarity with the MSPE protocol (Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement; Kaufman, Glass, & Pineau, 2018), as well as an established personal meditation practice. To get the most out of the training, we recommend also having experience working with sport/performance populations and incorporating mindfulness into your work.
Only 30 seats will be available for this online training. Eleven APA CEs (sponsored by Division 47) and/or CMPC CEUs are available for an additional fee, and there are a limited number of reduced-price seats for full-time students.
