Northern Illinois University is seeking applicants for a Visiting Assistant Professor in Physical Education Teacher Education for the upcoming 2020-21 academic year.
The position includes a teaching load of approximately nine (9) credit hours per semester, with additional time to engage in research, and service obligations. We are also fortunate to be able to provide dedicated funds for support of scholarly travel. As our Physical Education Teacher Education continues to grow, we anticipate requesting a tenure-track position for Fall 2021, so this would be an ideal opportunity for someone to come in and position themselves as a strong candidate for a future tenure-track position.
