The congress is a joint initiative of I-MDRC (International Motor Development Research Consortium) and of CIAPSE (Congrès International sur l’Activité Physique et le Sport chez l’Enfant). Promoting practical applications of research for children’s health and development is also a common theme for both organizations. Submission is open for proposals for symposia and mini-symposia; the submission deadline is November 15, 2018. The program committee will conclude selection of proposals by January 15, 2019. The deadline for oral communications is March 15th, 2019 (abstract notification: April 15th, 2019).
