Our Early Years Special Interest Group is ready to both welcome you, if you this is your first time to attending one of our precongress events or ready to welcome you back.
This year we have the honour, of a whole day event, which we are super excited about.
We will be starting the morning, with a visit to an Early Childhood Education Centre (ECEC), where children who are up to 6 years of age attend.
We will then have lunch (this will be at your own expense, so please bring lunch money, or a packed lunch), and there will be opportunities for dedicated networking time over lunch.
In the afternoon, we will have discussions about the ECEC visit and also a focused topic discussion about assessment and evaluation in the early years. Please bring with you notes on how you assess and evaluate within your context and culture, we would love for you to be able to contribute to this discussion.
Please remember when you are registering for AIESEP 2024, (please see registration link) that you do please make sure you tick the specialist seminar option for Early Years SIG, so we know both the numbers of those attending and who is attending.
