The Spectrum Institute is holding its annual workshop series. This year our theme is “Broadening the Spectrum of Teaching Styles Through Global Coalition”. Spectrum experts from around the world are sharing their knowledge and experience with the Spectrum.
Dates:
Session 3: March 17th, at 10:00am EST to 11:00am EST

- Drs. Kelly Simonton & Kanae Haneishi, who will be presenting “Pre-service Teachers’ Perceptions of Training and Using the Spectrum of Teaching Styles and its Role in their Pedagogical Readiness”

- Dr. Tom Madou, who will be presenting “The Effect of Content Knowledge in Teaching and Learning Basic Life Support using Reciprocal Peer Tutoring”
- Dr. Marios Goudas, who will be presenting “The Reciprocal and the Self-Check Teaching Styles in the Context of Self-Regulated Learning”
Session 5: April 14th, at 10:00am EST to 11:30am EST
- Dr. Matt Curtner-Smith, who will be presenting “Beginning Teachers’ Use of Teaching Styles During a Global Pandemic”
- Drs. Joao Martins & Jose Pedro Ribeiro, who will be presenting “How do Preservice Physical Education Teachers Learn and Apply the Spectrum of Teaching Styles During their School Placement Training?”
- Dr. Kanae Haneishi, who will be presenting “Using the Spectrum of Teaching Styles to Promote Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Physical Education”
